    3.     Exercise

    Exercising regularly is another way of dealing with stress. When your body is physically active, it releases endorphins which act as mood boosters and natural painkillers. It helps you to clear your thoughts and handle your issues calmly. When feeling anxious or stressed, try an activity that you love. You can take a walk, run, dance, or even swim. These activities will boost your mood and self-esteem therefore relieving the feelings of anxiety.

    4.     Be Positive

    You can reduce stress by constantly focusing on the positive side of life. Instead of complaining, look at the small things that you are grateful for. You can do this by writing them down and maintaining a journey. Focusing on the good side of life will help you face issues with a different perspective. It will also help you to take a better approach to handling your issues.

    5.     Attend a Therapy Session

    Therapy is essential in stress management. It helps individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings which helps them understand their situations better. By exploring their emotions, they get to know their stress triggers and learn how to cope with them. Therapy also helps to create self-awareness where individuals can recognize their behavioral patterns which helps them to cope with stress better.
