Sharma’s family members said that Aam aadmi party’s councilor Tahir Hussain is responsible for his death because the people who killed and taken Amit to the drain were pelting stones and petrol bombs from Tahir Hussain’s house.
The post-mortem report of IB employee Ankit Sharma has made shocking revelations. In it, there are countless knife marks on Ankit Sharma’s body, in which the stomach-chest has been hit the most. The post mortem report shows that Ankit Sharma was brutally murdered and the miscreants demonstrated cruelty.
According to the FIR lodged by Ankit Sharma’s father, a case has been registered in this case under sections 302, 201, 365, 34 of IPC. According to the FIR, Ankit was his younger son. Protests against the CAA had been going on for several days on the road leading from Bhajanpura to Karaval Nagar. During this time, there were incidents of stone-pelting, arson, and firing among the crowd.
The FIR also names Tahir Hussain, a suspended councilor from the Aam Aadmi Party, in which he has alleged that Tahir Hussain collected goons at his house, firing from above the office, petrol bombs were hurled. It is written in the FIR that Ankit had gone out of the house at 5 pm on February 25, when he was searched after a long time, he could not be found.
Delhi Police has registered a case against Aam Aadmi Party councilor Tahir Hussain on charges of murder, promoting violence in Delhi. After which the party suspended Tahir Hussain. Delhi Police has registered a case of arson, murder and violence. The house in Khajuri area of Tahir Hussain was sealed after the case was registered at Dayalpur police station. Several items including petrol bombs, stones and slingshot were found from Tahir Hussain’s house, which were related to spreading violence.
