it’s clear from the recording that metro was full of rush and amidst number of people they were kissing each other. May be the person sitting infront of them recorded it.
This video get viral on social media sites like Facebook, YouTube and Twitter with thousand of views.
This is not the first time that such videos viral on social media, couple of months ago a same video of couple liplocking in Delhi Metro went viral but no action taken against it.
Apart from this, in July 2019 this year, the recorded CCTV footage of a couple on Delhi Metro station was put on the porn website.
Not only Delhi, Hyderabad metro also recorded such incidents.
Even Delhi metro appealed many times not to do such offensive act in the metro.
May be this is the time to add one more announcement for Delhi metro passengers that kissing, smooching or any such offensive act don’t allow while traveling in metro or under metro primises.
Well nowhere in the Indian Penal Code is it written that kissing in a public place is a criminal offence.
