The meeting of the Governing Council of the IPL is over. According to the BCCI, the Indian government has given permission for the IPL. The final schedule of the IPL has been decided.
Now this tournament will be played in the UAE from 19 September to 10 November.
Apart from this, the BCCI has made it clear that women’s IPL will also be played. All the sponsors of the IPL remain intact, which means that Chinese sponsor Vivo will remain as the main sponsor of the IPL.
The tournament will start on September 19 and run for 53 days. The IPL final will be held on November 10, which will give broadcasters the benefit of the week of Diwali.
