Every plant has its importance as per Vastushashtra. According to it, the money plant is considered auspicious for wealth, but the plant of Crassula i.e. Jade Plant has also been described as a storehouse of positive energy in Vastu Shastra or Feng Shui which brings happiness, prosperity and peace.
The scientific name of the jade plant is Crassula Ovata. It is also known as Jade Tree, Friendship Tree, Lucky Tree and Money Tree. The leaves of the Jade Plant are very small and soft along with being thick. This plant grows very fast and does not require too much sunlight. Therefore, there is no harm even if it is kept indoors.
The leaves of the jade plant are light green and light yellow, blooming in the spring with small white or pink flowers that are very beautiful to look at.
In which direction should the Jade plant be Placed?
According to Vastu Shastra, every object has a certain direction. While placing the Jade Plant, a lot of attention should be paid to the direction. This plant should be placed on the right side of the entrance of the house as it can cause a loss if placed in the wrong direction.
Watering it only 2 or 3 times a week is sufficient and due to not needing much sunlight, it can be used comfortably like Indoor Plant. However, keeping it outside in the sun once a week is beneficial.
