Delhi’s Nirbhaya Gang Rape case is still a Shock for the whole nation, 4 accused of the Nirbhaya case were hanged but there is still some devil living in the society who does not have any fear of law and order.
A similar case happened in Mumbai’s Saki Naka early on Friday (September 10). A woman in her early 30s was raped and brutally assaulted in a stationary tempo, the accused not only raped her but also tortured her with an iron rod, he inserted the rod into her private part, according to sources.
Police search the CCTV Footage and arrested the accused Mohan Chouhan (45) within a few hours. The police control room received a call that a man was thrashing a woman on Khairani Road. A police team rushed to the spot to find a woman lying in a pool of blood.
She was taken to the civic-run Rajawadi hospital. Her condition was critical and dies later.
Acting on some leads, accused Chauhan was arrested under IPC sections 307 (attempt to murder) and 376 (rape) and further probes were on.
