We have seen the UFOs in science fiction movies, but there are theories around their existence. Science is still researching the possibilities of life present on other planets.
Well, 2020 wasn’t a bizarre enough of a year already, the Pentagon sparked a flurry of news headlines Monday by releasing the 3 official UFO Videos captured on Pacific ocean by US Navy.
Back in September, the Navy acknowledged the existence of the videos — recorded with infrared cameras and which show what the military calls “unidentified aerial phenomenon” (you’ll never catch them call it a UFO). But due to national security, they refused to release them.
To clear up any misconceptions by the public on whether or not the footage that has been circulating was real or not, the Pentagon changed tacks and decided to release the footage. In the videos, some servicemen reacting with wonder about what they are seeing in the sky.
The footage captured by the Navy first became public when it was released around three years ago by a company called To The Stars Academy of Arts and Science. The company collects “documents and physical materials from public and private sources related to the unidentified anomalous phenomena to study it.
Former US Sen. Majority Leader Harry Reid Tweeted about the release of this footage:
David Fravor a Retired Navy Pilot told CNN back in 2017, in response to the UFOs in the footage that he’d seen first-hand that the craft moved inexplicably.
“As I got close to it … it rapidly accelerated to the south, and disappeared in less than two seconds,” he said. “This was extremely abrupt, like a ping pong ball, bouncing off a wall. It would hit and go the other way.”
